We eat twice. First with the eyes, then with the mouth.

I’m a firm believer in eating with my eyes. It’s the reason why you stop and glare into the window of a patisserie or Cantonese BBQ restaurant. The same reason that food envy exists whilst dining as you spot a dish from afar, often ending up with two main courses being ordered. It’s no surprise that many restaurants, bars and hotels are utilising social content to create this desire for some of their signature offerings.

I’m not only well-seasoned in capturing food and drink but also the story that surrounds it. The electric energy of a live kitchen, the calmness of a Head Chef in command of their restaurant as well as the majesty of the setting where diners are seated.
